Scope of works (or issues to be solved)

Vision Group was responsible for media relations work, liaising with the book’s ambassadors and on-site services for the guests, media and bloggers attending the national launch of the book in Warsaw.

 

The communication work included:

  • Development of a media information campaign for the book’s launch and satellite events;
  • Reaching out to the bloggers and celebrities who later attended the national launch event at the Arcadias Shopping Centre and the provision of on-site guest services during the launch;
  • Acquisition of the book’s launch ambassadors: actor Rafał Kerlikowskis, blogger Rafał Masani (AbstrachujeTV) and the Beksy bloggers;
  • Organisation of a press breakfast for journalists and a pre-launch presentation of the book;
  • Wysyłka zaproszeń do blogerów i celebrytów w formie listu przyjmującego do Hogwartu.

Effects

  • Our media work resulted in 3418 media publications on the launch of the book Harry Potter and the Cursed Child.
  • The book launch’s Advertising Value Equivalent (AVE) exceeded PLN 3 million.
