Vision Group was responsible for media relations work, liaising with the book’s ambassadors and on-site services for the guests, media and bloggers attending the national launch of the book in Warsaw.
The communication work included:
- Development of a media information campaign for the book’s launch and satellite events;
- Reaching out to the bloggers and celebrities who later attended the national launch event at the Arcadias Shopping Centre and the provision of on-site guest services during the launch;
- Acquisition of the book’s launch ambassadors: actor Rafał Kerlikowskis, blogger Rafał Masani (AbstrachujeTV) and the Beksy bloggers;
- Organisation of a press breakfast for journalists and a pre-launch presentation of the book;
- Wysyłka zaproszeń do blogerów i celebrytów w formie listu przyjmującego do Hogwartu.
